◎ Description：

Copper is an essential metal used across various industries, and tunnel mining is a common extraction method. Water seeps through the tunnel walls during extraction, requiring continuous dewatering to maintain a safe and uninterrupted operation. A copper mine in the United Arab Emirates recently required durable, anti-abrasive submersible pumps for efficient water removal. The mine installed 10 HCP PUMP BD Series Submersible Dewatering Pumps, 5 units of the 150BD222 and 5 units of the 100BD222. The 150BD222 extracts 2.0m³/min at 37m head, while the 100BD222 extracts 1.0m³/min at 59m head. The BD Series pumps are built for durability, equipped with high-chrome (HiCrFC) impellers that minimize maintenance while enhancing safety and operational stability in mining site dewatering. HCP PUMP offers the BD Series to meet the diverse requirements of different mine sites, ensuring reliable performance in challenging conditions.
