◎ Description：

Central Livestock Co., Ltd. is leading the pig farming industry in implementing a circular agriculture model in Taiwan’s agriculture sector. Their commitment to producing high-quality pork from healthy pigs drives their sustainable practices, including a wastewater treatment and biogas generation system. The first step in their waste management process involves the HCP PUMP Submersible Sewage Wastewater Pumps AF Series 7.5kW 100(150)AFE47.5, which efficiently extracts wastewater from the pig farm. The wastewater then undergoes separation and aerobic digestion, producing a gas byproduct used for biogas generation. The treated wastewater, meeting government regulations, is transported by HCP PUMP F/FN Series Sewage/Effluent Pumps F-21U and FN-35U to be used as organic fertilizers. HCP PUMP plays a crucial role in this system by ensuring efficient extraction, treatment, and transportation of wastewater, contributing significantly to the farm’s sustainability goals. The biogas generates approximately 4000kW of electricity daily, sufficient for Central Livestock Co., Ltd. The leftover wastewater and solids are repurposed, making pig farming a sustainable industry and setting a benchmark for Taiwan’s agricultural industry.
